Miss Tiffany, previously referred to as Miss Tiffany's Universe, is a prestigious beauty pageant dedicated to Thai transgender women, taking place annually in Pattaya, Thailand, since its inception in 1998. This event has become a significant platform for promoting transgender rights and visibility in the region.

The reigning Miss Tiffany is Preeyakorn Pohnprom from Chonburi. Contestants, who must be Thai nationals aged between 18 and 25, come from diverse backgrounds, including students and professionals. Each year, around 100 applicants audition for the chance to compete.

Participants are evaluated on various criteria, including physical appearance and performance, aligning with traditional feminine ideals. The winner receives a trophy, a crown, a cash prize, and other gifts, while additional awards are given for categories such as Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality.

Miss Tiffany serves as Thailand's official preliminary pageant for the Miss International Queen competition, attracting significant viewership with over 15 million people tuning in annually. The event is not only a celebration of beauty but also a means to support charitable causes and improve the lives of transgender individuals in Thailand.

มิสทิฟฟานี่: การเฉลิมฉลองความงามของคนข้ามเพศในประเทศไทย

มิสทิฟฟานี่ ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้รู้จักกันในชื่อ มิสทิฟฟานี่ยูนิเวิร์ส เป็นการประกวดความงามที่มีชื่อเสียงซึ่งมุ่งเน้นไปที่ผู้หญิงข้ามเพศไทย โดยจัดขึ้นทุกปีที่พัทยา ประเทศไทย ตั้งแต่ปี 1998 การจัดงานนี้ได้กลายเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการส่งเสริมสิทธิและการมองเห็นของคนข้ามเพศในภูมิภาคนี้

ผู้ครองตำแหน่งมิสทิฟฟานี่ในปัจจุบันคือ พรียะกร โพนพรหม จากจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้เข้าประกวดซึ่งต้องเป็นสัญชาติไทยและมีอายุระหว่าง 18 ถึง 25 ปี มาจากหลากหลายพื้นฐาน รวมถึงนักศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยในแต่ละปีมีผู้สมัครประมาณ 100 คนที่เข้าร่วมการออดิชั่น

ผู้เข้าประกวดจะถูกประเมินตามเกณฑ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกและการแสดง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับอุดมคติของความเป็นหญิงแบบดั้งเดิม ผู้ชนะจะได้รับถ้วยรางวัล มงกุฎ เงินรางวัล และของขวัญอื่นๆ ในขณะที่รางวัลเพิ่มเติมจะมอบให้ในหมวดหมู่ต่างๆ เช่น มิสโฟโต้เจนิก และมิสความเป็นมิตร
